High season period: July 15 – 31, September 1 – 15 & December 01 – 19.
Peak season period: August 1 – 31 & December 20 – January 5.

Minimum Stay:
- LOW season: 3 nights
- HIGH season: 4 nights

Check in/out time
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. The 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance and otherwise the booking will not be accepted. |
