Check in/out time
Every effort will be made to ensure room availability by 14:00 hrs on the day of the arrival. Our check out time is 12:00 hrs unless prior notice is negotiated, subject to availability with additional charge at 50% from one night villa rental rate and full one night rate should applied for check-out after 18:00.

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. Three bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance and otherwise the booking will not be accepted. |
