Rates Inclusion:
- One time round trip Airport transfer

Low Season : 3 Nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case. |
Check in/out time
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
- Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
- Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. The 2 bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is 4 persons |
Liability
Owner reserves the right at any time, in it's sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. Owner will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion with respect to accommodation, tours, car rentals, including any substitutions. Owner disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private home or villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of owner. |
