Low Season: January 9 – June 30 (excluding Easter Period) and September 16 – December 19
High Season: April 22 – April 28, 2011 (Easter Week period), July 1 – July 31 and September 1 – September 15
Peak Season: August 1 – August 31 and December 20 – January 8

Rates above are inclusive of:
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
- In-house daily American breakfast (maximum 2 person per room)
- Shopping groceries by villa staff for in villa dining
- WiFi broadband Internet connection from villa area (guest;s personal laptop is required)
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order – in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests’ account. |

- High Season: 5 nights

Check in/out time
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the 3 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 6 persons. The 4 bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is 8 persons, 7 bedrooms is 14 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance. |
