- Rent 4 bedroom: Get 2 private swimming pool, Stay in both combined villas - 5 bedroom, split lock the 5th bedroom.

Rates above are inclusive of:
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
- Free first morning continental breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room).
Following days breakfast can be arranged at additional, US $5 for continental breakfast and US $7 for American breakfast
- In-villa FREE usage WIFI broadband Internet access (guest' personal laptop is required).
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
- Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account |

- Low Season : 3 nights
- High Season: 5 nights
- Peak Season: 7 nights |
Check in/out time
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON
- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example:
- 1 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 2 persons.
- 2 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
- 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
- 4 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 8 persons.
- 5 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 10 persons. |
